I have been working in the field of mental health and substance abuse for 20 years. I use grace, compassion and humor to connect with my clients and ensure that my office is a safe environment. I am a Christian and Christ is at the center of all I do.

I ask clients about their best hopes for each session. I use a direct approach and humor to build rapport and find tools that work. I focus on preserving marriage/family relationships, and support those struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and divorce issues.
